President

Dr. Ruth Middleton House

Ruth has specialized in troubleshooting high risk, high visibility projects including multi-billion dollar partnerships and joint ventures. She is author of It’s Time to Change the Way You Change and The Human Side of Project Management and co-author with Martin Broadwell of Supervising Technical and Professional People. She is a member of Women’s Transportation Seminars and an associate member of the American Council of Engineering Companies. In addition, she teaches Managing Organizational Change for two non-traditional universities: Keller Graduate School of Management and Fielding Graduate University.

Mr. J. Douglas Springfield

Doug has over 30 years experience as a senior executive and consultant in a variety of marketing, sales, and business development positions. He has been responsible for product management, strategic marketing, sales operations, and marketing communications in a variety of positions including

• Vice President of Marketing, BellSouth
• Senior Director of Product Marketing, BellSouth

Ms. Debi Collins

Debi helps clients achieve financial results through business development, operational process improvement and product launch initiatives. She is skilled in sales leadership, sales operations and project management.

Debi has a talent for building cooperation across groups that have a history of discord. She has extensive experience in building strong relationships between marketing and sales.

Debi has directed planning, project management and development for new service launches and life-cycle enhancements in a variety of positions:

• Regional Sales & Marketing Manager, BellSouth.
• Director, Marketing and Business Development, NetEffect.

Mr. Kenneth R. House

Kenneth has consulted, managed projects, and managed engineering departments in a variety of organizations including The Paradigm Corporation, Mingeldorff’s, Robertshaw Controls, AVCO Electronics, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Barber-Colman, Pan American World Airways.

His accomplishments include:

• Managed Marketing and Sales for The Paradigm Corporation.
• Developed and conducted control systems training classes for owner representatives at military bases, office buildings, schools, and hospitals.
• Managed a completely centralized Control Systems Application Engineering Department.
